Royal Tutors is and always has been different. 

For a start, we don't advertise. Ever. 

99% of our clients are from word of mouth because we work extremely hard on building and maintaining our reputation. Indeed, we only started collecting google reviews in 2020 and we already have the highest rating possible! Most students from the Gulf that have studied in London over the past decade will know Royal Tutors (or so I am told!) 

Second, we don't want to be any bigger. 

In many ways, the relationship between a Royal Tutor and tutee goes far beyond a traditional arrangement - our support is not confined to the lesson. In fact, our tutors are available to students and their families at any point. Whether it is just a quick query or a more general concern, whether related to education or something else, we will always be available. The vast majority of other tuition companies can't offer this, but we aren't the vast majority of tuition companies. This is why it suits us to be small and focused.
 
Third, our students are with us a long time. 

By the nature of the families we typically work with - Royal families and ultra-high net worth individuals (Royal Tutors currently work within a number of ruling families across the Gulf, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait) we must offer an extremely high standard of service across a longer time frame. This is perhaps why our average student is with us for at least 3 years, some are approaching nearly 6!

Fourth, we have extremely high tutor entry requirements. 
 
We have amongst the highest entry requirements for our tutors across any agency in the world. We also just don't take tutors based on their academics, some of the worst teachers around have the best academics possible. This is why we look for a combination of teaching qualifications, sterling academics and a proven private tuition record. In 2020, only 1% of applicants were successful.

So what does this all mean?

Ultimately, our services are offered to discerning clients that don't want to leave education or results to chance and are prepared to pay a premium for an elite tuition service boasting the best, most qualified and capable tutors in the wold. We are also enormously oversubscribed and have to refuse over half of all tuition requests. 

With respect to our entrance examination preparation for selective schools in England and Wales: we have the most comprehensive catalogue of past exam papers with model answers available anywhere. These are made available to all students preparing for our examinations alongside a bespoke online platform designed to track progress, maintain accountability and ensure accessibility 24/7, 365 anywhere in the world. 

No other agency gets close to what we offer - and this is reflected in our entrance examination success rates that are consistently close to or 100% for some of the best schools in the world. All of our Masters students have been awarded distinctions or merits. 

With the above in mind, perhaps it is now easy to appreciate why we have never felt the need to advertise and always maintain a private, almost secretive presence amongst the most distinguished families in the world.
